Benners has it! He's had a cough for about 6 weeks and though he had a set of x-rays done a couple of weeks ago, it took a second set done today to determine that the cough was, in fact, due to pneumonia. He also has an ear infection. The good news is that he's still playing harder than ever, he just appears to be fussier at times (I thought maybe it was a dose of the Terrible Twos starting a bit early). So, we started the 3rd dose of antibiotics today, and am hoping relief is in sight! At least we made it 22 months without any antibiotics.
